BILLIONAIRX REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because every Billionairx piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We will replace or refund items that arrive:
— Damaged or defective
— Printed incorrectly (wrong design, wrong placement)
— In the wrong size due to our error

To qualify, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@billionairx.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved replacements ship within 5–10 business days. Refunds process to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not cover returns for incorrect size selection by the customer. Please consult our size guide before ordering.
